Very slow and misleading shipping. Both of my orders were supposed to have shipped from the USA, but a few days after placing the order I get told that there stateside inventory has run out and now needs to be fulfilled from the UK.

I have observed inconsistencies in the thermal performance of the device. The heating units sometimes overheat, and there is a noticeable lack of thermal equilibrium across the sensors—one area may be excessively hot while another remains at a lower temperature. The absence of a temperature control interface prevents the user from mitigating this discomfort.

Took to long to receive the product.

Shopping was easy. The product also arrived quickly!

It's too big it goes up to my cheekbones and it chokes me I could only use it when I'm lying down and you can't hear the words clearly.

I don't think it's works as well as advertised.

It's extremely uncomfortable and it hurts!

I’m old and unable to send a video. Something is wrong. I’ve yr a dozen times 3 different ways. 😭
