To difficult

Since it doesn’t fit properly the experience it’s not what was expected

I contacted the company to do a return because the product i received doesn't pulse at all only heats then they want me to do videos and take pictures of a product that it took almost a month to receive i only bought one this is not how a person should be treated when a product doesn't work I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are refusing to do the right thing and have me return a b product that is not doing anything like it should stay far away.

Nice and easy but your tracking system needs to be better

Complete lack of customer service, I’ve submitted several photographs of the broken device, no response , nothing they won’t even bother messaging me back never buy from this company. They were a complete waste of time.

I purchased this product based on its advertised benefits and expected it to help relieve neck tension and improve my overall comfort. The ordering process was simple, and I received the items as expected. However, my experience with the product was very negative. After using it exactly as instructed, I experienced a significant increase in dizziness, which affected my ability to carry out my normal daily activities. I stopped using it immediately as recommended.

It feel fine , does help with pain.. but it's no miracle cure

Only contact through email. Did an add-on Order from Dr. Pompa Program, chose biggest package, double charged for the kit and add-on, it was separately, double what was posted, different (cost, cards,(descriptions, amounts) and are refusing to reimburse me, wont work with me or call me after I've requested somebody to talk to, even though they have a 90 days 100% guaranteed or a 100% money back, they dont want to do that.They wanna give me 20% back. Cervical pillow-only thing good.👎 0/5 stars

Ordering from this company is such a simple thing. I was concerned with all the problems at the airports in it getting to me. But this company keeps you updated as to where it is as it moves. It was quite seamless and quicker than I expected.

My unit no longer works, it turns on but no physical sensations are felt. Not sure what happened, I tried plugging it in to fully charge but am still having the same issue.

The shipping was very slow with so much misleading locations to truck. Not sure whose fault is it

They don't send a book to tell you how to operate it and it takes forever to get it shipped.

When I finally got it, I loved it.
