Waiting for refund

I requested over 3 weeks ago to return my product and am still waiting for a return label. This product is an absolute scam.

Not a very upstanding company that supposedly wants to help people feel better!! I was sent several very sympathetic emails from Vitality that they were sorry I was having issues with the product, but no help whatsoever to help solve the problem with it. Still sitting there dead as can be and no help to me!

This website is a scam. They will not refund your money. They will make you jump through a thousand hoops and keep stringing you a long, barely responding to your emails. It's been weeks and they're still 'working on' getting me a return. It's a SCAM website!! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I enjoy the device and kept it even though some of the cons are annoying. I would not pay over $100. The company offers a return policy, so if you're not satisfied, you can return the item. I do wish the side pieces would vibrate to stimulate the vagus nerve. It would be another selling point if possible. Easily purchased through social media ads but the rest is hopeless. Order tracking and after sales

I purchased the back product and it has broken after only a months use. My daughter did not tell me it broken until recently.

It took over a month for my package to arrive. It was first delayed because it had to come from another country, then delayed because THEY, meaning the shipper they chose, neglected to put my unit number on the address. I must’ve given them the “corrected” address four times. It wasn’t until after I really started to push and ask for a refund, that my package miraculously showed up.

This company is a scam. The item I received was defective and have tried for weeks to get a return label which is part of their 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated in their return policy; however, the company has yet to act or process refund. The item came with no instructions, and there is no way to tell which program you are accessing because the sound quality is so poor. Worse though it actually shocked me. I have made several attempts to work with the company and they refuse to cooperate

I feel that customers are being scammed by this company. The "Magic Pro 2.0" (which is a ridiculous name for a therapeutic device) is cheaply made. It is not the miracle device that it purports to be.
