Had an issue with the first order they send me a replacement and a gift! I will be ordering again as that pink cream is AMAZING!

The first communication after Welcome is your delivery is delayed. Not just a few days, a few weeks. Don't sell in the U.S.A. if you can't ship from Great Britain in a timely manner.

Horrible piece of garbage from TEMU! Cheap products made of cheap plastic. No instructions with explanations of the product. Weak tens, not adjusted plastic. Heat is ok but not adjustable. Not worth the money at all. Total ripoff by a horrible company that takes advantage of people. TOTAL SCAM!
