It doesn't fit and getting a refund has taken a month so far and I still dont have a ok to return it.

Shipping took a long time for a waste of money

Terrible product, bait and switch, shipping takes forever, they don’t tell you it comes from the UK or some other country, scam! Beware

Asked for refund and haven’t gotten it. Terrible customer service, bordering on fraud.

Products not well built

Excellent customer service around some concerns I had.... which cleared up in a few days as she said and gave further help. Really impressed. However it's not taken my pain away unfortunately.

Terrible customer service

Terrible product terrible customer service. Quality is cheap material and does not function properly. I’ve asked several times to return equipment to only be told if I make a video saying I enjoy product they will try harder to help me with my return. STAY AWAY!

Awful Stay away

Took awhile longer to receive than I expected.

Ordered online and received it in a timely manner.

Neck device stopped working after 4th use. Voice prompt impossible to understand

I had to wait for the order cause out of stock here in the states it stated so o had to wait longer for delivery

Asked for help to use product received same instructions included in box. Lack of instructions or where to find them was frustrating enough. Then to receive the same instructions telling me to use a remote to operate it again when it does not come either one. I want a refund. I wanted to use this so badly
