Absolute garbage. Does not work as advertised and customer support does not stand behind their 90 day satisfaction guarantee. All they do is give you the run around. If you want a refund, they offer a full refund if you give them a good review. Beware any positive reviews as they may be coming from someone just trying to get their money back.

They took my order before I confirmed I wanted to buy the item. I immediately asked to cancel & they said they couldn’t cancel…it was already sent for processing…:within 5 mins of them taking the order. It took 2 weeks to get the massager but they couldn’t cancel. I ve been asking for the address of where to return it (for over a month) & they won’t give me the information. Do not order from this crooked company. The same item is on Amazon for $25 instead of the $95 they charged.

I received a vagus nerve stimulator that is defective and not fully functioning, but from the UK they tell me everything is fine. How would they know? I am the one using it and it is not working and it is not because I don't know how to follow instructions and use it properly.

This company is a total scam!

I was able to ask questions and get responses from someone. I am not sure the items are working for me, the customer service has been great.

Awful company! They claim to offer a money-back guarantee. The only guarantee they’ll give you is a runaround. I’ve spent more time emailing them trying to return the product than even using it. Unacceptable.

I was very happy with my Vitality, the balm did nothing and was messy but the device is doing its job.

It took way too long to get here. Weeks!

Great communication and received it pretty quickly from the other side of the world.

Part of the shopping experience includes the seller maintaining integrity when they advertise that you can return an item and get a refund. This company has totally scammed me. I am not getting my refund. And this is what makes this company a scam. Stealing money from disadvantaged people.

Item arrived damaged and customer service did not help refund me, had to go to my bank , extremely poor item and customer service
