Never received it.

Took to long

I’ve done this already.

I requested to return the product for a refund on September 11th and have been receiving the run around and still have not been able to receive a return label to get a refund! It has been a horrible shopping experience!

In previous description

It’s comforting especially with the heat feature. I dislike that you have to select intensity one at a time. By the time I get it high enough it shuts off and you have to go through it all over again. Overpriced!

Shipping was slow due to being sent from overseas

Device had to be imported from UK so there was a delay, but I was apprised of status almost daily. I appreciate. Also, personnel always available for questions, concerns via email. Speedy replies.

Customer service was horrible. Even after I told them the product came broken, they asked me to submit a glowing review of the product to get my refund.

The claims about this product were not backed up by the actual functioning of the product. There needed to be instructions somewhere. I paid enough for this item that there should have been an instruction book included

Recently I purchased this item. I thought for my situation it would work. It did not. Was very uncomfortable to wear. When I requested a refund I got the run around. They do not back their 90 day money back guarantee. I was first offered 10% refund and to keep the item. Then I was offered 20% and keep the item. The last straw was they would let me keep the item, refund my money but only if I provided a positive review of their product. I could not in good conscience do this. Buyer beware.,
