Would have been nice to know it ships outside the United States. It took longer to get to me than I was originally told on the website. Also the only way I saw the free books was on the page when I ordered it. Had I gotten rid of that internet page I could not download the books at all. Very frustrating!

Very easy!

It was easy to purchase, but come to find out later I could have paid a lot less looking elsewhere then where I did which was through a Facebook ad.

That part is fine

Don't purchase from this company. They give you every excuse why you can't return it for refund. They will drag their feet to get you to give up. It's a scam!

Representatives keep stalling the refund process by asking more and more questions. The company does not honor their return policy of no questions asked and will not refund the money eve though they state 100% money back guarantee! Terrible company! I would not recommend it!

Came way late due to your error.

We could not use the Vitality massager etc. because the charging cable was missing. We immediately reported that and ever since that time (Sept 5th, 2025) we have been requesting a return label. A certain guy from Customer Support Team has been emailing me. His and mine emails went back and forth. We are now at thirty emails (30) I'm very sick of all the excuses he finds and still has not sent the refund. Or the return label. We're coming close to two months. Had we known this, we would never

Ordered with no product received

I didn't shop here, my computer was hacked and an order placed, I emailed to cancel before product processed, they refused to cancel order, I refused it and sent it back, they claim the didn't get it and refuse to refund the money back to my PayPal that was used in the fraudulent order and PayPal was useless in teying to get the money back because the workers used also sound like they are from China..terrible company, way overpriced for the same product everywhere else from all the research done
