Easy and quick

Got here quickly, but too tight for my guys necks.

Zero customer service. Bits kept replying the same answer over and over. Horrible experience. Its a scam.

Needed to cancel my order an re submit it because PayPal charged the wrong card. I asked immediately, but Vitality said it had already been shipped, but it hadn’t because they sent me pre shipment email. Also, this ships from UK, which they don’t tell you, and it takes a long time to receive it.

Ordered item over a month ago and just receiving it but once I emailed I did get a quick response and update and received item a week after that

there was no printed instuctions upon receving the product...I did appreciate the balm enclosed with the apparatus. I wish there had been printed instructions as I could not quite uunderstand the robot voice ...poor enuciation, fast talking

The shipping takes way too long and my unit does not work properly

It was delayed but that is due to the current Middle East situation that affected most of the online purchases.
