Very poor communication 🥺

Received was packaged well.

Won’t process refund. It is over a month, still waiting for return label much less refund. They do not stand by their return policy

I received it earlier than I expected. I wasn’t able to track it myself.

They don't honor the money back guarantee, and try to get you to take other products.

Shipping was easy.

Horrible customer service and product

They say their devices are manufactured in the United States, they’re not mine shipped from overseas because their stock in America had already been depleted supposedly. You can get the same device on Amazon for much cheaper than this quack of a company sells it for.

Horrible product came damaged and because customer service was so bad I asked for a return label and a refund and I’m still fighting for that

Customer service is not helpful, and my problem has not been resolved. Despite their agreeing my product is defective, and their website stating they will provide a return shipping label, there is still no resolution.

This company is a scam! I have been trying since the day after I received the product to return it and each time I contact them they give me another excuse as to why they can’t send me a return label, apparently dragging it out until the so-called guarantee runs out don’t waste your time or your money!

The product doesn’t work and I didn’t get all the free gifts as promised.
