The actual shopping was pretty easy. I had to wait for the product for a while, but I was pleased that it actually came.

Horrible, they require a video that can’t show what is wrong, heat and vibration. They guaranteed satisfaction or money back. I feel like I’ve been taken. If this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll take action, and share my experience with everyone.

When my Magic Pro 2.0 first arrived, I had difficulty getting the directions. One email sent for me immediate response with full detailed instructions. One more question quickly answered via email and I'm now using it every day with fabulous results.

I like the neck machine when it works but it’s hit or miss.

PLEASE READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED! I purchased the Magic Pro 2.0 and only 1 function worked properly. I asked to return the item for a full refund and was denied several times w/ suggested alternatives to getting my money back. Next, I was told if I wanted my refund/return expedited that I need to leave a positive review of the item w/ video feedback. I declined. They said they would initiate my return once the higher-ups have reviewed it. I am disputing the charges w/ my credit card.
