Easy transaction good communication prompt postage

I feel like I'm getting drop head syndrome and the back of my neck and shoulder hurts so bad. Since I've gotten this machine, it's been helping a lot, where I try to keep my head up and the pain is a little less, but I still have to work some more on it. So, I appreciate this machine and it really helps. I love it.

It took longer than expected. Not received the additional information included on the order.

I slept on my neck wrong. I got to use it for the 1st time! Pain was relieving in no time.

Like the vibrater, not sure about the pillow. Kind of big also.

I had wished it would come quicker but when it did, it went right to work. Great quality and it has done a super job helping with pain that has plagued me for many years.

The massager is great but the advertisement is wrong. I ordered the massager two times but never received the free pain cream like it says in the add or in my emails. Customer service said my order wasn't big enough to get the free cream. But add shows it free with my order.

Tried getting a refund and nothing

Even though my order had to come from the United Kingdom, which cause it to take longer for me to receive it. I was constantly been informed of it’s whereabouts and this helped to alleviate any doubts I had.

Your customer service is awful. I’ve requested a return over 4 times and your staff refuse to send me a return shipping label. Your website says a refund is available no questions asked. I haven’t opened the product and want my money back. Very shady

Not effective, weak applications.

They waited 2 days and then emailed me that that needed my physical address. I had already provided it when I ordered. I emailed it to Vitality again and then they waited another 2 days and emailed to stay they were out out stock in the USA and that it was going to be shipped from England. I never received any helpful updates on when it would be coming.
