Last year was my first year using the Monk Manual Weekly (really glad to have the weekly version), and I've been really happy with it. It promotes both planning and reflection, and it makes it easy to go back or forward to review what I've done or what I need to do. It also helps me reflect on the most important things in my life-- it's not just a calendar and to-do list, and I think that's what I appreciate most of all.
