Extremely good. The dinner set I ordered initially had one broken side plate which got damaged in transit. When I contacted the team a very helpful lady called Dearbhla responded to me immediately and sent out a new plate straight away. I then ordered a different dinner set which was delivered to me very swiftly. Excellent customer service.
