Ordered 16 of these fabulous mugs, 1 got damaged in transit but the customer service team had a replacement on the way the next day. The mugs are very tactile and the variation of color really adds the extra detail.

So happy with the experience of buying on line from you this is my 2 nd time purchasing this cutlery set it was an engagement gift to two nieces and they were extremely excited and it . Such a lovely gift , the website is so easy I am always apprehensive about buying on line but it was a pleasure and a positive experience. I will definitely be buying again you have such fantastic products. A post was so easy to track the delivery. Well Done . Highly recommend Belleek. Regards Mary

I have bought this for myself and for friends as christening presents. I've just had my third baby so I will be buying another one!!! It's a really beautiful meaningful present to get. My friend I bought this for has been raving about it to everyone

I was delighted to find these gorgeous mugs online - I had seen some abroad but hadn’t the space to pack them in - so was delighted to find they were made by Belleek. They - four each a different colour - packed firstly in a smaller sectioned box and then in a larger box. They are beautiful flat bottomed multi coloured mugs. My daughter is going to order some for herself.

Very happy with my purchase. Really like the Erne design and the quality is consistent throughout. My order arrived very quickly and has been put to use, so far it seems to cope well with daily use in my house! Thank you Belleek!

Feels good quality; plates are heavy and although there is variation in the intensity of colour, they still look good together. I like the sizes of the plates and bowls- not too big, but big enough.

I'm delighted with my order of mugs and plates. Each design is different with both of them, so they can be mixed or matches. Delivery was promp and was very well packed.

I had a few issues with a cracked mug and few colour differences on some items. Sent a few photos by e mail and was sent a full new set of what I ordered. Very efficient and quick after service. Would definitely recommend Belleek as their products are fab and customer service excellent

Absolutely delighted with our new Tivoli coffee set and dinner set. (8 settings) Plus milk and sugar set. We love the design and the functionality of the product. Also very pleased with the speed of delivery and excellent packaging. Many thanks.

I purchased a serving plate and 3 serving dishes on a wooden tray with handle. Absolutely beautiful and something every house would definitely use. I ordered online and got a discount which was great. Delivery was on the exact day they said it would be and the items were very well packaged. I would highly recommend Belleek pottery and their communication and customer service is second to none. 10/10 from me

These glasses were at a very good price, design and quality. They are quite big which is great as it means do I use more ice or more alcohol??!! Delighted.

I love the quality of my Belleek living Erne set of dinner plates etc and also the size of the plates. I am kept updated on the order and then the delivery. Overall a very good experience.

Very happy with the little angel. I broke one over the Christmas and didnt think I would be able to get another one. Went on to Belleek I found my little angel and ordered her. She arrived very quickly and is back on the mantelpiece where she belongs.

Love the shape and pattern of the teapot. Taste of tea is fab coming from a China teapot. It was packed very well and was in perfect condition. Love it.

Great single malts - such as those I like - are to be drunk slowly and savoured on special occasions from special tumblers - these are they. Likewise, to properly appreciate the fragrance and taste of quality brandy, you need attractive brandy balloons that sit comfortably in the palm of the hand. Got those from Belleek / Galway Crystal too - also excellent
