These mugs are sooo beautiful, I bought a set for myself and loved them ❤ I then bought another 3 for gifts, the recipients loved them too. They look so cute and the colours are fab 😍 I bought online and forgot to add my discount, I sent Belleek an email explaining this and got my refund the same day. Excellent Customer Service.

Perfect little bag. Love the colour.. soft pink. The size is small.. but just what I was looking for for a night out when you don't need to carry your whole 'life' with you.

Quick delivery and, luckily, extremely well packed because the postman literally threw the box over our garden fence. Nothing broken. The bowls are lovely and a very nice size. The design is wonderful .

A really lovely quality dinner service and exceptional value in the sale. Dishes are light and a pleasure to use. We ordered 2 sets originally and await delivery of a 3rd. While 2 plates were broken in transit, they were swiftly replaced.

A beautiful dinner set, I particularly love the size of the dinner plates! It is a strong and sturdy set and I am extremely pleased with it. A good choice!

I love the quality of the Aynsley pottery. The colour is so bright and adds happiness to the dinner table. Unfortunately two side plates were broken but they were replaced so quickly I was very happy with the service I got.

Order arrived on time and the dinnerware is great. The customer service was brilliant. A slight chip in a mug so the mug was replaced, no hassle. Would buy from them again just because of this.

Excellent customer service, I ordered two of these cats amoung other items . , and when they arrived two of my items had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and the fantastic Dearbhla , sorted me out with replacement items . Love the Cats .

Beautiful, generous-sized mugs, in a gorgeous red shiny box, perfect for Christmas hot chocolates. Their red and white pattern is really lovely, and I was so pleased with them, I immediately ordered more. Expertly packed and delivered very quickly too. I’ll add hot chocolate, marshmallows and gingerbread to each box to give as presents.

I bought this item for a gift and the receiver was delighted with it. Great for keeping cards safe and much neater in his pocket than the old wallet. Great buying experience. We availed of the black friday deals. Unfortunately one of the mugs arrived broken, out of a complete set of dining ware I do not think that was bad. However the customer service which backed up the purchase was amazing and a new cup was delivered 2 days later. Great set of dining set and everyone is amazed how good the quality is.

Wonderful set of mugs. I have two sets and each mug is unique, though each set of four has a similar kind of different mugs, so you sort of have two of each with two sets. Have a nice handmade kind of look. Great to have tea or coffee in every day.

I tried to order a further four matching mugs - not the footed ones but was unable to complete the purchase online as on every attempt it would not allow me to checkout stating that they did not deliver to ROI very frustrating!

Look & feel fabulous. I love a small cup with a saucer. Tea/coffee just taste different when served elegantly. This set is retro but sophisticated. The handle is also big enough to put a couple of fingers through to hug your mug for a cozy cuppa. It’s not scratchy. Very nice set. I’m really happy with it

usual high standard of finish. Replacing a 40 plus year old belleek clock that the timepiece stopped working. Not a push in clock. 25 mms in front . 70 mm brass backplate that screws in to front section to hold in place. Searched the net for replacement, unsuccessfully so far. Any idea if they can be sourced

I have purchased this vase for my niece Eileen in Long Island NY, who is getting married in July. I think she will love it especially as it is a nod to her Irish family

Purchased as a birthday gift for my 90 year old Aunt. She needs blankets to keep her warm especially in the wheelchair. It was beautifully soft and colour true to image.

I like the shape of the lamp and think its quite original. When it’s lit it gives off a glow. I think the proper use of the lamp is a night light but I’ve put it it in my kitchen as it in the shape of a grapefruit.

Honestly, I was expecting the mystery gift to be a leftover christmas decoration or something, but it turned out to be a set of 4 moda mugs, and in fact, I had been eyeing them off as well before opting for a different style so BONUS

Absolutely beautiful statue... very serene and elegant. Bought for my 81 year old mam and she was totally in love with it. Well protected with lots of bubble wrap in the post.
