I got two beleek personalised mugs for my sister-in-law and brother-in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. They were both delighted with them. I got excellent service from Beleek pottery. I received my order very quickly. Is was very well packaged and arrived safely. I would highly recommend them for beautiful gifts and items for your home.

Order arrived on time and the dinnerware is great. The customer service was brilliant. A slight chip in a mug so the mug was replaced, no hassle. Would buy from them again just because of this.

absolutely adore the cups was a bit apprehensive about size when i ordered but they are perfect I purchased as a present to my daughter and the packaging was super gorgeous also

Such a cute mug for Christmas hot drinks! Love the star ‘stirrer’! Bought two as a gift for a couple, to enjoy this Christmas and I know they’ll love them.

Bought to go with the Belleek Ripple tea-set I had purchased. They are a slim, elegant set of mugs, not heavy in the hand either, and they look and feel just perfect. Very happy with them. They were beautifully packed, and delivered promptly. Happy out!

A beautiful dinner set, I particularly love the size of the dinner plates! It is a strong and sturdy set and I am extremely pleased with it. A good choice!

Excellent customer service, I ordered two of these cats amoung other items . , and when they arrived two of my items had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and the fantastic Dearbhla , sorted me out with replacement items . Love the Cats .

I’ve now bought four sets of these lovely Christmas mugs in their neat red presentation boxes. Very happy with them. A big thank you to Dearbhla and the warehouse when I contacted them about delivery!

Bought the 12 piece set just before Christmas and loved it so much bought another set in the new year, beautiful set and love the colour. Perfectly wrapped for safe delivery.

I love the quality of the Aynsley pottery. The colour is so bright and adds happiness to the dinner table. Unfortunately two side plates were broken but they were replaced so quickly I was very happy with the service I got.

The basket was for a Christmas gift and although I was late enough in ordering and it could not be guaranteed, it arrived in time, and I appreciated this very much. It was really well packed with very generous bubblewrap, and arrived in perfect condition. It is a very beautiful piece.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received two sets of cutlery for the price of one—such a great deal! On top of that, there was a lovely gift included, which made it even better. The shipment was super quick, and the packaging was nicely done, keeping everything secure. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality and value.

I bought this butter dish as a present for my son in Australia. I posted it in the packaging that it arrived in. It arrived safely and he was delighted with it.

Beautiful, generous-sized mugs, in a gorgeous red shiny box, perfect for Christmas hot chocolates. Their red and white pattern is really lovely, and I was so pleased with them, I immediately ordered more. Expertly packed and delivered very quickly too. I’ll add hot chocolate, marshmallows and gingerbread to each box to give as presents.

I bought this item for a gift and the receiver was delighted with it. Great for keeping cards safe and much neater in his pocket than the old wallet. Great price when compared to similar ones on the higher end of the market and no difference in the product. Great quality. Fast delivery too. Very pleased.

Lovely nativity scene, I had previously bought the church from the same range. However, when I switched it on the bulb blew, I bought a replacement bulb , still didn't work, turned out fuse in plug had also blown. I am very pleased with it.

Wonderful set of mugs. I have two sets and each mug is unique, though each set of four has a similar kind of different mugs, so you sort of have two of each with two sets. Have a nice handmade kind of look. Great to have tea or coffee in every day.

Beautifully crafted and elegant. The Claddagh detail is stunning and the quality is exactly what you’d expect from Belleek. A timeless piece that looks lovely on display or in use.

This is so nice I thought two of them. Special piece to have in the house at Christmas time. Delighted with my purchase. If I hot this gor a gift from someone I woykd be very pleased indeed.

I loved the dandelion lamp and Christmas Day gave it to my fifteen year old granddaughter. She thought it was beautiful and couldn’t wait to take it up to her room to find its new home. Thank you Bellek

Extremely happy with my mugs. The look and feel are fantastic. I loved them so much, i bought more as gifts 🎁 Delivery was quick & mugs well wrapped. Highly recommend.

A beautiful delicate tray, bought to hold sandwiches, but I’ll use to hold a matching jug and sugar bowl. For me, it’s a little piece of nostalgia, and reminds me of the skill of the pottery maker. A treasure.

Beautiful little delicate sugar bowl, bought to match a similar patterned jug. A rare little piece of Belleek Parian china and reminded me of tea-times spent with my Grandmother.

Excellent service, very efficient, arrived in short space of time with reliable courier which is very important as some couriers can have you doing hoops to get your order. The product arrived safely, looks beautiful, excellent quality, love them , thank you 🙏

Great buying experience. We availed of the black friday deals. Unfortunately one of the mugs arrived broken, out of a complete set of dining ware I do not think that was bad. However the customer service which backed up the purchase was amazing and a new cup was delivered 2 days later. Great set of dining set and everyone is amazed how good the quality is.

A very big thank you to Dearbhla Tunney, who was quick to answer any questions and very helpful with the on-line buying process. Some hassle getting the web site to accept payment, only I'd been asked for this particular item I would have went elsewhere for a gift. Regards Barry

It's a gift so I cannot show you it in action. The service was very fast and efficient, very impressed. The gift itself is lovely quality, I'm sure my friend will appreciate it.

i was expecting this free gift to be an excess stock Christmas ornament or something but it was actually a gorgeous set of coffee mugs that I had actually been eyeing off in the shop - score!

Look & feel fabulous. I love a small cup with a saucer. Tea/coffee just taste different when served elegantly. This set is retro but sophisticated. The handle is also big enough to put a couple of fingers through to hug your mug for a cozy cuppa. It’s not scratchy. Very nice set. I’m really happy with it

Delighted with the product. shape and size of the cutlery was lovely. Loved the colour and the handles. A real luxury to show off on my dining table. thank you

Bought this lovely lamp for my daughter’s new home and Belleck included matching mugs as the mystery gift which are amazing so can’t wait to give them to her - she’ll be delighted . Belleck as always are a pleasure to deal with and fantastic customer service 😊

A beautiful piece for my niece’s birthday. It came so securely, so well packaged. The service was amazing, it arrived so promptly, thanks to Belleek and An Post! Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again from you.

I am delighted with my purchase of Belleek nativity luminaire. It has a gentle glow when lit, it is the true essence of Christmas and a perfect addition to Christmas decorating

The picture frame was a gift for a new baby. It is just beautifully personalised and was delivered promptly Very happy with the service and well worth the money too !

Received them as a gift two years ago. One arrived damaged. Was impressed when mug was replaced without question. These mugs are going to India as a gift. Hopefully they will arrive in one piece! They're well packed so don't envisage any problem

I tried to order a further four matching mugs - not the footed ones but was unable to complete the purchase online as on every attempt it would not allow me to checkout stating that they did not deliver to ROI very frustrating!

Every person I ever gave the full Beelek nativity set to Has come back to me and said it is the nicest gift they have ever received And let me tell you it has been many many people Thank you so very much for making all the figures and stable I so love them

I have being looking for a special nativity crib and pieces for a long time but they all seemed very generic. I am very happy with the one I got with Belleek and for once my husband actually agrees with my purchase.

usual high standard of finish. Replacing a 40 plus year old belleek clock that the timepiece stopped working. Not a push in clock. 25 mms in front . 70 mm brass backplate that screws in to front section to hold in place. Searched the net for replacement, unsuccessfully so far. Any idea if they can be sourced
