It's been 3 weeks and no equipment delivered. No customer service either. This is not starting well.

The customer service line surprisingly didn't take long to respond, and was quite good about answering questions.

The Gym Monster 2 is a very complete machine without the subscription requirement to get a lot out of it. The subscription option really helps you achieve the absolute best and is extremely affordable compared to any of the competitors

Customer service is slow, was not able to reach them through the phone, returns are not easy. Not even sure that you can even return anything. Was not able to cancel my order either, so once you hit purchase, you are kinda screwed.

Same issue after-sales did not respond

The shopping experience was easy and everything arrived a day earlier! The gym was well packaged, no problems with delivery. The shippers even brought it into the house, which was my biggest concern.

Fast shipping, easy to order

I’ve had the GM for about two weeks. The set up was easy and quick. I’m loving being able to workout anytime I want. As for the quality of the machine: it’s sturdy and solid. The workout programs offer lots of options and versatility. So far, one thing that needs to be updated in the software is the ability to record both sides of your body in the body measurements section. Right now, you can only measure one arm and one leg. That’s weird and not very useful. I’d recommend this machine 100%.

love the gym monster I had a motion space resistance gym but it was limited on how many exercises you could do,so far there are no limits to the gym monster ,its like having a personal trainer that pushes you to your limits it adds weight as you progress and protects you if you struggle as you go,very happy with it so far have used it for 7 workouts and can not wait to see the results a year from now.

Easy ordering process and excellent customer service!

Didn’t get the white glove delivery I had ordered. No communication about delivery by delivery company. Just showed up and left in my driveway. They cam back to put in my entry hall but I had to hire movers to get it upstairs.

Easy to order. Delivery was pretty seamless. The machine is heavy but the wheels make it easier to move.

Thank you overall it was great. I wish I was notified earlier the delay in receiving the rowing equipment, but after I contacted customer service they let me know the issue and made sure I got it within the next weeks.
