I was disappointed in the delivery. Paid for delivery to the second floor, but only one delivery person came and he could not get the unit upstairs by himself. That being said, when I contacted support I got a refund and an additional accessory for my trouble. The scale I got as a gift for buying the unit will not sync with the current app. Was told it will be fixed at some point, but not yet.
