Multiple options to choose from with regards to the machine and its accessories, such as the bench or rowing bench. Relatively fast delivery for such a large package. Machine works as advertised.

The product is great and the shopping is almost like any other service. I wish Speediance would communicate a little more clearly about things, but it is not imppssible to get info. I would love to see development with the workout search options, especially being able to search programs with more filters and keywords.

Very easy to place order just would have been happier with better tracking of the shipment. The company notified me 2 days before it was coming so we had to make arrangements to be home.

Customer service was great. The rep helped me order the machine and even saved the sale price for me even since I wasn't able to purchase until after the sale was over.

I really loved the equipment for the two workouts I was able to complete until my Bluetooth ring stopped pairing with my Gym Monster 2. Fortunately, I was able to work with Nora and Kristen (Speediance Support) to identify the failed Bluetooth ring and received a replacement in a timely manner. Speediance support seem to be very busy, but they do everything they can to make sure customers like me remain happy customers. Thanks!

Even after sending my complaint regarding missing parts and missing bolts on Feb 23rd, I have not yet received a single answer. I hope you can address my case and improve my experience.

Shipping took longer than expected, but that was the fault of the carrier. Speddiance shipped the product quickly.

Horrible delivery and customer service

the experience was great up until the delivery, i paid for a service to have it brought into my home. since there was snow/ice on the ground the driver left it outside. he was clearly out of shape and likely wouldn't have been much help getting it inside but still, i paid for a service i did not receive. in the future the company should ensure it contracts out to responsible third parties for delivery.

My initial order was messed up. It has been fixed now, but given how much longer it takes for things to ship this took a while.

Shipping was quick, and the item was exactly what I needed.

Purchase and delivery was smooth. Took roughly a week and bringing it downstairs and setup was much easier than expected
