I did not realize that 4 items, one being the machine, would be coming from 3 distributors. I spent a long time waiting attentively the day that an exercise belt arrived. That was a waste of time. After contacting Metropolitan, I found out more about the machine delivery. I have the feeling something got messed up because I got a message saying they had a failed attempt to deliver, and they were still in NJ.

The machine and its ability to do certain exercises has exceeded my expectations. I love the small foot print, the built in guided exercise programs and the portability. My only complaint is the little round balls that the attachments connect to. I was surprised that they unscrew which I believe can be dangerous for both the user and the machine should it break free and clap back and hit (heaven forbid) the glass screen. Otherwise, I love it so far.
