It took some time to update the order status and delivery information.

The main reason I chose not to like it is that the courier threw it into the water tank in my backyard. It got soaked. My front yard has a porch and surveillance cameras, and all the packages are placed properly there. But for some reason, the courier company you work with threw the package you sent to my backyard, which I don't often go to. Unfortunately, it was thrown into a water tank. No delivery to ultimate location in the home. Delivered to the door only.

It took awhile to figure out the differences between the machines and the site kept crashing. I finally ordered what I wanted and was able to through my HSA but because I went through the website and not amazing I’m having to wait a lot longer for the machine.

Still haven’t received my whole order

Easy to navigate the website and place an order.

The actual machine was great. I still have not received one of the accessories.

Can’t use the machine without the handle's. Lifted today with the bench bar and rope. That’s it.

It is too confusing with so many variants. Then trying to figure out which accessories are additional and which ones you need verses nice to have was confusing.

Only wish the machine came with the weight belt. I had to order that after I received the unit

The ordering and shipping was smooth, the website is a little confusing and busy. It makes it look almost like it could be a scam website with how much information is just on the homepage with not much organization/navigation. A little difficult to navigate and find the machine/package you want. But overall, fine!

Communication is terrible. Tracking number never updated and then I got the delivery call the day before it showed up. Do better.

Two weeks have gone by and the USPS site still shows they’re waiting to pickup the package from the sender.

Great to work with, there was some damage during shipment and a new one was immediatly dispatched

Shipping was very fast. 10 days and delivered. Although I didn’t get a call to set up delivery timing until the delivery driver was on his way. But the website worked well for ordering!

Great! Only issue I had was reaching someone over the phone for a few questions, this is my only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review . Otherwise the machine has been awesome to use!
