I would love give it 5 stars but I had to call customer service because one items didn't arrive but speediance send me replacement. So far so good

I spent a good amount of time researching different smart home gyms, comparing features, reading reviews, and watching videos. Speediance kept standing out especially the Gym Monster 2 because of its compact design, smart technology, and how many full-body workouts it can replace. Once I finally decided to purchase, the online process was super easy and straightforward. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Shipment was delayed by a week. Delivery service was professional and helpful. The secondary shipment of some accessories have been shipped and returned to sender due to address issues with USPS. But customer service has been helpful in resending the order correctly.

I purchased the Gym Monster 2 Family Edition and had major issues from the start. Delivery communication was poor, and after just two days of use, the left side failed. I spent days troubleshooting, contacting support, and even had to take the machine apart myself. It has been weeks with no resolution or response. For a $4,000 machine, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Super easy process and very fast shipping.

No tracking information given, asked repeatedly many many emails no one seems to know they have no idea what they are doing with shipping, now asking me if I like my order and I don't even know if it's shipping or not their app still says they're preparing the order, their support keeps giving me meaningless links that don't say anything or give me any information

All your communication emails went to spam and when I eventually got one in my regular email it made it seem like i was ignoring your company emails. I do believe your company had my phone number. The shipping company did so there's that.
