Over half of my items weren’t a shiny gold color and they smelled really bad and make my hands smell bad when I touch them like they are tarnished or old.

The quality of the jewelry is lacking. I feel stupid for falling for instagram ads when what I received feels like junk.

It took a long time for my items to ship and arrive from China.

Shipping took forever.

Had a minor issue with one of the pieces and customer service has taken care of it. That is genuinely the best testament of a companies quality is their customer service and follow up. Thank you guys!

actually unhappy with my order. I've had multiple pieces break already and the color is not as expected at all. All my pieces have this brass tin to it or this terrible yellow gold that looks extremely fake.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site.

I still haven’t received my earrings

When I was wondering why my order was taking a little long to arrive, they quickly got back to me.

I really wanted the experience to be good, the designs are adorable but the execution falls flat… I only have been able to wear the earrings for short periods and the necklaces aren’t to my liking the chains are chunky and look cheap.

It's been great. One of my bracelets broke but other than that good.

took longer than expected. was a gift that did not make it in time to daughter for graduation. then 1 broken bracelet with in first few hours. sad.

I made a change to the order and they fixed immediately! The only thing that I wasn't excited about is how long it took to receive my order.

So far I’ve loved my order. I’ve been wearing my necklaces and mini hoops since I bought them and they’re holding on very nicely. Will test them out on the beach soon and see how it holds up. Very happy so far.

I would give them more if it was based on just the jewelry alone. The pieces are literally amazing and so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them! Rounded edges makes it easy to take off and put on the rings so they never hurts even when your fingers swell haha but shipping was a huge pain and took almost a month even though I paid for 2 week shipping. And one of my rings came the wrong size, material, and stone. I want to buy more but with the shipping problems it's hard to convince myself to.

Shipping tracking is not specific until day of delivery, had no ETA. The jewelry quality is much less than advertised, don’t like any of the pieces I ordered which was disappointing to me.

Shopping experience was good but once the 7 or $85 deal is selected and you try to start adding items it is very difficult to update your choices. Ended up having to exit and re-enter website a couple times to get the things I wanted. Otherwise, quality of items is as promised and I am eyeing a few more items as well :)

I am still waiting for an order I placed on 4/29. Customer service has done little to nothing to rectify the issue.

I purchase 7 items for $85, not only is the price right but the quality of the items are amazing.

Eady to order and was shipped pretty fast.

Awful company, no actual issue with the products coming from China, so much does these days, but not even starting the shipping process until weeks after the order had been placed, conveniently pretty much as soon as we asked to cancel the order is just a tad whiffy. Will not use your company again & will most definitely never recommend your company to others either. Do better....

One pair of earrings I wore for a week took them out now one of the earrings won’t clasp shut and another smaller ring I’m wearing is losing the gold on the bottom already

Love all the jewelry I received. I wear it and forget it. It’s great quality and so far hasn’t tarnished a bit. I’ll buy more for sure
