Quality is ok. I liked some pieces more than others.

I would like to return the merchandise.

The shopping experience was nice, easy checkout, but questionable quality as some of my items broke within the first couple of days

Fast delivery with exact descriptions of the products.

Love the customer serivice. My laney necklace broke and I got a replacement right away. I do think the gold is too brassy looking unlike the understated gold color in real 14kt but some pieces look fine. I just prefer the understated gold look. But you can’t beat the price !

10/10 the jewelry doesnt tarnish and they have a really good customer care service

Everything was great and straight forward. Shipping took a while but you can’t help that much. I did have an issue with one piece of jewelry.

Only 2 out of the 7, I will wear and test out them being waterproof. The other 5 are extremely cheap looking

Very long shipping time

Easy to navigate the website, I’m a swimmer and am in the water daily and have seen no signs of tarnishing but I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of its assembly. In the first week of wearing my hand chain, two necklaces and one bracelet all broke doing mundane things such as literally just cleaning up or swimming.

Bracelets are too small. Items need better descriptions. For example length of necklaces and bracelets.

Took way too long. had to keep emailing them about my order, was scared I got scammed. jewelry is fine, but wouldn’t order again

The bundle offer looked to be a great deal, shipping notifications kept me up to date on tracking and it arrived quickly. Overall, I think the price was great, the only downfall is that the color of the gold is a bit bronzy/brassy.

The shipping took a really long time, and the quality isn’t as good as it looked in the advertising. I was expecting better based on the pictures and description.

There was a disconnect between shipping and arriving, that Customer service couldn't answer - so it was a bit iffy on when it would arrive.

I think the images on the site, perhaps an accurately represent the size. The necklaces were a little bulkier than I expected.

I told a team member through your company fb chat about my necklace and they asked for info, picture of product, updated address to send a new one and I haven’t got a confirmation email saying the new one is on the way nor received anything in the mail.

Was really unsure if I was scammed when company profile is in the US but shipping details were direct from China and very little clarity when order would be arrive. Was happy once package was received.

Overall a positive experience. My packaging was slightly damaged when it arrived but that was most likely due to mishandling during shipping. One of my pieces of jewelry (earrings) were broken and did not clasp when I took it out of the bag.

I would love to leave a review however, I have not received my order yet. I placed the order on February 6th and it has been a month with no movement on the tracking number provided. I have reached out to customer service and I only received a generic automated email response.

Products appear as described online and the purchase process was very easy.
