Louise Carter store reviewsSee product reviews

Took over two weeks to get. Had problems with someone hacking my credit card after purchase. Also gpt fake mail. Have to believe it was due to this purchase.

I have not received my order

Beautiful pieces. Quick delivery.

Took longer than expected

Shipping took a few days longer than expected but everything was as pictured. Planning on buying another bundle soon.

Very disappointed in the quality.

Don’t waste your money

Easy and cute pieces

Not a fan not what I thought it would be like seems cheap won’t be buying again

Shopping experience was fine, shipping speed was average but I am super disappointed by the quality of the jewelry.

I had a piece missing from my order. I reached out and did not hear back.

Shipping took incredibly long. Communicated through email that I no longer wanted the products, was assured I could return. Never, ever received a confirmation from my request or label to ship back even though I reached out multiple times. Scam city.

The website was easy to navigate and had beautiful jewelry pieces and really do look high quality.

They sent the wrong bracelet, so they sent a replacement, but I guess it's all coming from overseas. It takes a while, and the packaging is a mess when it arrives.

I like the tennis bracelet and the earrings. But overall I am not very impressed. Weight of the jewelry is good but gold is dull and looks more brassy than gold

Would buy again

The deals are great. The pieces I got are very chic and feminine.

Jewelry looks cheap and really small I did like the rings and that’s about it I will be returning

Not much of my bundle actually looked like the pictures on the website. Some of the gold pieces were too brassy. I was super excited about this order because I have a severe nickel allergy and stainless steel has been the only thing that works for me, even “nickel free” jewelry from other brands cause me issues. I just didn’t feel like what I received was what was advertised. Everything looks and feels cheaper than it appears on the website.

I’ve bought multiple items from Louise Carter and have gotten many compliments every time I wear them. The site is easy to navigate and you just can’t pass up a good deal!

The only negative is the shipping time was fairly long.

I had a piece that didn’t arrive and one that broke quickly but Louis Carter made it right immediately and without any hesitation. I will definitely order again because of how they handled that.

It took a long time to arrive and every time I engage engaged with your customer service they kept telling me that it’s in transit which I knew it was in transit, but how is it that it was in New Jersey for over one week

the bracelets were both too big /: everything else is great!

Take a little bit to long for delivery but nice pieces, packaging very cheap but it’s okay

Took a while to arrive didn't know it was shipping from China

💕

Cheap jewelry you can buy the same stuff on shein half price and it would at least fit correctly.

I love all the designs and that it’s tarnish free but I have a few pieces from my last order and so far one from this order that have to repeatedly be put back together because of tiny gaps in the loops that come apart

Love it

Two of the pieces broke shortly after getting them and one was not as described.

Part of order has not arrived and the order was late

Awful!!

Got the steal of 7 for $85 and wore most pieces! Will order again.

Quick response.

Terrible took 21 days product also isn’t great

Great quality!

While there are some nice looking pieces, I was not a fan of how the gold looked. I rally wanted to love these so i could wear them all the time but its a no for me. I would possible try the silver but the one bracelet i didi get has already stopped clamping shut, it falls off. I should have just returned them all but I gave it a try over vacation and wore some. Unfortunately, I just don' t like the gold color and was disappointed.

It took forever for shipping and then I got my jewelry and it looks like brass it’s brown. It’s not even gold

Waited a long time for the order and then when it arrived it only contained 3 of the 7 pieces I ordered. It took some back and forth but eventually I did receive the other items.
