Easily shopping, quick delivery and quality pieces

took forever to ship, the bundle only came with one and not 3 which was advertised, and one of my bracelets broke within 2 days of wearing it.

Both of the necklaces I purchased arrived beautiful and did not turn my skin but both broke quickly while wearing them. The bracelets, ring, and earrings are beautiful and do not turn my skin. So far they have not broke yet.

Took forever to arrive and quality is terrible. Hopefully i can return

So far so good. Just concerned about quality.

The necklace broke and one of the parent earrings I ordered is so heavy that there’s no way I’d be able to wear those.

Some of the pieces are beautiful but one of the rings was a complete miss. Shipping was slower than I imagined (my fault for not looking into it more).

Simple easy, so many dainty finds but also some cute snazzy ones as well. Easy to navigate the website and love supporting small businesses. Keep it up!!! I will definitely be back and have recommended to infinite number of friends.

I ordered all gold pieces, and they are very different shades of gold. When I wear the rings and bracelets together, they look cheap because some are more buttery yellow and others are a deeper gold. Additionally, one of the pieces has tarnished significantly in the few weeks I have worn it.

I love the sale🥰 and Everything came in about 2 weeks. Love it all!

It felt like the shipment took a while to arrive and the tracking was not 100%. It may have just taken a while to get packed before it left but I almost forgot about the order.

The website is a little confusing and hard to navigate sometimes but overall not bad

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with Louise Carter. The website states that their jewelry is hypoallergenic, but after wearing the earrings and necklace, I had an allergic reaction. I specifically cannot wear gold and purchased these pieces because they were advertised as hypoallergenic. I was also disappointed with the quality. I wore the pearl necklace only once, and it broke. The material feels very cheap and was not at all what I expected based on the way the jewelry is.

One of my items came damaged. The initial was upside down. Another item was made for a toddler and the customer service representative said they would send out a new item for the damaged piece, but that I would Need to submit an exchange for the bracelet made incorrectly. Why should I take more of my time to submit an exchange and give reasons and send back when I sent Photos of how tiny the bracelet is. A toddler is the only person who could wear it. I have Not received my replacement either.

So happy to have found this company!! Definitely will order more pieces.

The shipping took longer than expected and I paid for special shipping. A few of the necklaces I just wasn’t crazy about as the gold color looked cheap.

Besides my necklace breaking and my ring prong arrived bent, the pieces are stunning.

I reached out to the customer service line. Then never got a response back. It took three weeks for my items to ship, and deliver. I wanted these pieces for my birthday, and they came two weeks too late. Extended shipping should be known.Tracking was not accurate either. I reached out to customer service I talked about canceling my order and since I never got an email back. I’m unsure how I could have canceled if I wanted to. This whole process was incredibly disorganized. I would not recommend.

Color of the gold is horrible the pieces are not shiny looks tarnished.
