I almost two months later I never received my package. I spoke with multiple “customer service agents” all who told a different story. First it was lost, then it was an item not in stock, next they weren’t sure what was going on, back to being lost, and finally an item they have a hard time keeping in stock. No resolution, no refund offered, and now I get a survey asking how I liked my items.
