Great customer service

I had a good experience with Louis Carter overall. The service was professional and everything was handled well. However, I was a little disappointed because the earrings were too heavy for my ears, which made them uncomfortable to wear for long. Aside from that, the quality and presentation were nice. I just wish the earrings were lighter.

Too long to arrive

I’ve bought from them 2 times. I will definitely be buying birthday and Christmas gifts for friends and grands .

I appreciate that I received a refund but I would've preferred actually just having jewelry that fit, so rather than a refund I was hoping to receive an exchange for accurate sizing. Sizing was an issue across the board with the bracelet and all the rings.

Just lovely pieces of jewelry. Love all that they have to offer. Form dainty and petite to bold statement pieces. True to their word they don't fade or turn green or some inexplicable metal. Wear mine all day every day for a year now and they are shinier than when I put them on. I've gifted my coworkers and friends, and they have loved them too.

I would not recomend any of it.

The product you showcase isn’t the product customers receive. It’s very cheap and you should be appalled to sell it.

the descriptions of the items were not clear - did not know how long each necklace was or the diameter of the bracelets; one necklace has already broken

Two of my chains broke within 3 weeks and 2 items of my command were not right.

The quality is really nice! Really pretty pieces. Shipping does take a minute. I have not owned the pieces long enough to give an opinion on wear and tear.

It is hard to say. You must be swamped with all of the bundle offers. I have an exchange and a return (defective item) and am waiting for return postage. Thank you.

Overpriced

I was really excited to get the jewelry for valentine’s day! I ordered in on February 6th, expecting it to be a little late. It arrived today March 11th. Not only did it arrive a month after I ordered, I also received the wrong necklace, ordering silver but receiving it in gold. I dislike the tracking of the packages (mainly because my package was in one place for a whole month) and I don’t like that I didn’t get what I ordered!

I love how this jewelry has made me feel. I generally don't wear jewelry but have now that I have pieces that look so cute and chic.
