Long shipping time from order. Jewelry is Not shiny gold. Very brassy looking

I was skeptical of gold plated jewelry because it always turns weird colors and I have very sensitive skin. The items took too long to come, 10 days. I was very excited to see the necklaces! But when they arrived in that cute pink box, it was so worth the wait. Every piece was beautiful and the price was almost too good to be true. So glad it worked out better than imagined. Thank you, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!

Im honeslty not impressed. They are not horrible quality, but not the best. the coloring looks very fake on some items and others not so much. Given the price, it's ok. but not sure if I wanna take a gamble on the items again.

The customer service is exceptional. The website is easy to use and the product exceeded my expectation.

Kind of long

Disappointed with one of the 4 pieces breaking so quickly.

Wait time after ordering is too long. The exchange process is harder than it should be and then you have to wait a long time again. Probably will not repurchase items.

They didn't deliver my order and I had to follow up with them to find out why and have them re send my items, I never received an email questioning my address or why it was undeliverable.

Earrings broke after two wears, bracelet color is already looking cheap after one week

Hard to get in

3 out of 8 of my items broke instantly. Rings and earrings great but the chains are poorly constructed and broke at the clasp

Took over two weeks to get. Had problems with someone hacking my credit card after purchase. Also gpt fake mail. Have to believe it was due to this purchase.
