I placed an order for THREE pair of hugging type earrings. Have not received any of them. I told you this a few weeks ago when you asked me to rate TWO of the pair that I also have never received. You sent me an email stating you would look into it. Nothing since. I find this very unprofessional.

I didn't receive my jewelry for some reason and they helped me out promptly. Loving the quality.

It all looks fake like brass....very disappointed

Tell me to take a picture of jewelry that falls off like I bought it at a dollar store. Total waste of my money and trying to get a refund was a joke.

Great styles, some of the clasps on the bracelets didn't hold up

I received a broken necklace and all the jewlery are not of a great quality…

Other pieces have been fine but am leary to wear other bead bracelets.

Love the rings and necklaces, but unfortunately the 2 different sets of earrings i bought are both disappointing. One set is just way too heavy, they could have been designed better, the other set do not sit properly on the ear. Overall the quality is good though!

This was my first time shopping jewelry online and I was a bit skeptical to be honest. Customer service was awesome when it loaded a different address than the one I wanted sent to. When I had questions about the shipping they promptly responded and I got my earrings a little over 2 weeks from when I ordered.

Overall it was a 4-star experience… just disappointed with one piece I had for a gift

Items were exactly how they appear in the advertisement and came in sturdy packaging that can be used to store the pieces in if you want to take them off.

I made a mistake with my order and had to return a few things. They were great to work with confirmed and clarified the exchange.
