I had a user error and when using apple pay, an old address was linked to my account. when i got my confirmation email, it did not list my shipping address and I wasnt aware it shipped to a different address even when I inputted my shipping address. Customer Service was quick to respond when I reached out, but they could not do anything for the shipping address error.

Super quick and easy to find the pieces you want and to check out. And the pieces you get are exactly like what’s displayed on the website. I will say that delivery does take a bit longer than what I was expecting, but that could just be a postal service thing and not the actual company. if you want the jewelry for a specific upcoming event I would order it about 2 and a half/ 3 weeks out or so, just to give it a good amount of time to arrive.

The website is easily navigated. The quality of the pieces are terrible. The website is annoyingly pushy to buy and try discounts. If something takes small tug, or catches on a shirt or even while scratching your neck, the jewelry from Louise Carter is at risk for breaking in half right off you! And mostly likely will!! Everything I bought broke in a matter of days. LC claims that the jewelry will last through a hike or a swim or any athleticism. FALSE.
