Louise Carter store reviewsSee product reviews

My items were not how they looked on the site. A pair of earrings I selected in gold were sent to me in silver. Apparently they were out of stock in gold but didn’t make it clear they would substitute. I never write bad reviews but this was a horrible experience.

Everything is beautiful love the quality. Love how it looks

I love this jewelry! It stays gold and shiny!!!

The jewelry is not what was in the photos and is aluminum and plastic

❤️

Awesome!

Everything I have has changed colors and it’s not stain the original color it’s turning to go silver so unhappy

I was scrolling on Instagram and came across this company. I purchased seven items and I’m really happy with my purchases. I will be buying more hopefully soon.

Took weeks to receive tangled jewelry that ultimately broke the day after receiving it lol.

The color looks fake. Can't even wear it. It's way too dark. None of my real gold is this color.

Earrings were cute but irritated my ears. Can’t return them due to your policy and basically wasted 90 bucks for one time use and required a week for ears to recover

Shopping was fairly quick, however two of the 7 pieces are broke

Good

I have really like some of their pieces, but durability has been poor. I’ve had four pieces break. Not exactly on par with the idea of wearing it constantly with no wear. I should add, I’m not hard on my jewelry. I very rarely wear, if ever, have issues with breaking my jewelry. I wouldn’t pay these prices given my experiences.

All your products immediately broke

Shopping is easy and customer service was great. The jewelry comes from China which was a surprise/disappointment to me

I had an allergic reaction to the metal. It was not gold.

Shopping is fine but I got suckered into another cheap product on social media.

Overall easy but not too many simple options and shipping took a while

I reached out to customer service after I had mistakenly ordered 2 pairs of gold instead of silver earrings. They responded right away and were super friendly, but I ended up receiving the gold earrings anyway. And the comfort fit hoops won’t stay in my ear. I wouldn’t recommend.

The earrings are non refundable, and I can’t wear them. So not pleased. Won’t be ordering again.

Order came on time and everything I ordered came out beautifully !!

2 pieces a bracelet and anklet broke within the first week one bracelet is still intact and I haven’t worn the other pieces

I thought I was buying from an American business run by a young female, then everything shipped from China :(

I did enjoy all of the other jewelry I received and have Even put in a second order

Love it so far, but I’m relatively new to Louise Carter. Pieces are really pretty! Let’s see if color changes over time.

Too small

The jewelry quality isn’t the greatest. I didn’t expect the finest ever but it could definitely be a little better.

I am very disappointed in the earrings. But I am very happy with the replacement necklaces. Maybe in the near future your company will make a detailed video of how to put the earrings on! Thank you!

Your email asking me how I liked. It was so kind. U r so thorough and I really wanted to answer it and say you were great so your customer service is great. I just screwed up and order the wrong bracelet.

Your company is a joke and same with your quality

Not easy to exchange or make a return

Most of the pieces were of high quality. One was clearly a different ring than in the photo and was a very cheap copy.

So far loving all my jewelry and wearing it every day! Would love more brilliant gold pieces and the bracelets have too long of a piece that hangs, but I'm getting used to it.

everybody is so helpful with the quick emails and helping out with any kind of order problems

Good costume jewelry but doesn’t look real at all.

Fast

First time ordering through this company. So far it's been fine.

Fast shipping, and good packaging, very neat.

False advertisement. Sending back for refund
