Very poor seller experience. I requested a basic receipt/proof of transaction after paying for my order. Instead of providing it, the seller gave shifting answers: refund if no invoice, return for refund, 50% refund, then told me to open a PayPal chargeback. I was also accused of trying to scam them for asking for a receipt. Unprofessional and not a seller I would trust again.

Huge delay in shipping, tracking email after 6 weeks did not work. Emails were answered straight away to your credit but disappointed in the product and shipping delays.

It did take over a month to arrive which was a concern as wanted it for school holidays and arrived half way through.

There was a few weeks between purchase and when I got notification that the parcel was on its way. However, when I questioned the delay, the communication from Koala Nest was excellent.
