Detained by customs and you lie about you product when it just a Chinese product

It was fine - standard shopping experience

Product appears to be a copy of Floof Coture which I found after I had already purchased. I expect this is why the product isn’t as plush and premium as the advertised pictures. Shipping timeframes need to be very clear at the outset. And the fact that the item is manufactured to order overseas which increases the delivery timeframe. Follow-up communications to ask for order updates were replied to promptly but misleading. (Said my order had been finished and was being shipped when it didn’t ship for a further 2 weeks, just be honest instead).

It took a while until it was finally delivered, but it's okay to have to be patient from time to time.

The shipping took ages. I would have preferred that the website had been upfront about orders placed being "pre orders" (especially as the item was marked as "available"). It was roughly 6-8 weeks from order to delivery. So if you need it in a hurry, prepare to wait a little while.
