Highly recommend Kagoshima Matcha Sae Sakamoto if you like a smooth cup of matcha.

It took nearly 4 weeks for my order to dispatch after placing the order. I had to submit a dispute with my bank to demand a refund and only then did Nio Teas responded to my email regarding my order. Highly disappointed.

Nio teas has never let me down. Good selection of both very affordable matcha and also more expensive premium matcha if I’m feeling fancy. The tea comes in the mail quicker than I think it’ll get here. Love that they take care in sourcing the purest forms of matcha with no pesticides. Great website. I will be sad if they ever have to close up shop for whatever reason.

Die Informationen zum Bestellstatus könnten etwas besser sein.

The bad: not my favorite packaging (tea pouches put directly in a bubble-mailer), and I hate to be picky but the matcha sampler has been just ok so far. The good: when the packaging issue ruined a gift, Nio express-shipped a replacement so the gift would still be ready in time. I didn't even ask them to do that. So customer service wowed me. The gift was a sencha and I got to try some with the recipient and it was excellent.

I like their tea. Their business practices need some work. They do not communicate with customers. Generally means that could care less about the customer and just want your money. As long as there are no issues with your order, their acceptable.
