Non existent customer service! I finally received my order but it took almost 2 weeks to ship out. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had received back an email stating this was their normal procedure or an email that there were issues! NOTHING, NOT A PEEP! Finally I Rcvd an email saying my socks had shipped after I had requested a refund, since I hadn't heard from anyone in weeks!
