It took 5 weeks for me to receive my order. When I received it, it was wrong. I received Large socks instead of the Medium socks that I ordered. After 3 weeks to get customer service to communicate with me, they offered me 10% off on a new order of Medium socks and told me to wear the large ones that I didn't order. I asked to return the Large and get a refund and they continued to offer me a discount on a new order without replacing or refunsing the wrong socks they sent me. A few months after I ordered the Bluepacca socks, customer service still has not fixed the incorrect socks they shipped me. I will never buy socks from them again. Buyers be very aware!
