Ordered on the 29th April, before midday so to get next day delivery. Order didn’t get acknowledged until 11th May once I’d disputed payment with my bank. Ring turned up 13th May, 2 weeks after I ordered it. No body was available to contact or help in the matter, but the company was more than happy to spam my email asking for a review!

I have left a 1 star trust pilot review and looking at other recent trust pilot reviews, other people are also experiencing the same poor customer service and shipping delays.
