Horrible shopping experience!
The delivery was late by a whole week, even though you pay for a two day delivery.
The items were chunky and not true to the size. I returned them (bought two rings, one for me and one for my husband) and the company hasn’t refunded me yet (they confirmed receipt of the return on 14/11/25).

Nice rings, but poor service. Ordered on 13th July with 48hr delivery, but they weren’t dispatched until the 19th. I emailed Botthms after 48hrs with no update—got an auto-reply but no real response. No phone number to call either. Rings arrived 8 days after ordering, so all fine in the end, but the lack of communication and misleading delivery info was frustrating. Great product, but they need to improve their customer service.
