We like the ring, but we did not enjoy the ordering process. We knew what size we wanted when we ordered the ring, but we were sent a sizing kit instead. This took two weeks. In that time I received about 12 notifications that my item was shipped and being delivered. When I reached out to ask when the actual ring would ship, I received a reply that I had not ordered a ring, only the sizing kit. I had to attach a screen shot of the purchase I made to prove that I had ordered a gold ring in size 7 the day of my purchase. It was only THEN that my item was processed. All this meant that the Christmas gift I purchased for my daughter did NOT arrive on time. It arrived in January. The sizing kit that I did not order came in time for Christmas, but it just went in the garbage. It’s too bad the actual item I ordered hadn’t been processed the day I purchased it, because then it would have made a nice Christmas gift.
