Ring was delayed after order. Didn’t have the color i originally selected in my size. Wanted a full refund, but only got 40% back unless i wanted to pay for shipping back to china

Shipping experience was not good at all and when reaching out about the issue response was pretty much a “it’s not our fault” no proper assistance give

Shipping took a very long time and I paid the $11 for quicker shipping

Shipping times were crazy and not mentioned when purchasing, had to wait for ring size kit and then again go the ring once informed of size. Shame as spoilt it a bit

Love the price. Just didn't get about water. Can I wash hands with the ring? Can I go to swimming pool?

Took ages to arrive and after that, the quality of the product is not what you sell on the site and advertising

Shipping process sucked!

I did received it yesterday and washed dishes like a normal person, and looks like it was worn for years. It is all marked and looks very bad. If is a ring to use just when going out, then I did not understand the purpose, but very bad quality to be worn daily. This was my email and they answer that I had to take better care of the ring.

The customer service gave me an option to return the rose gold for any of the other colors that do have temp reading. They gave me the option to receive a free travel case and to be able to trade in my current ring for the next rose gold ring they’re coming out with in Dec 2026 that will have temp reading and pay the difference.

From purchase to delivery I received constant updates as to where my purchase was and how long it was likely to take to arrive
