My first case I ordered was extremely delayed and I had to contact Riigid to get an update. They did reply but it was a case of we’ll let you know once we know, which wasnt ideal as I needed it for trip but it came too late. The compensation for the delay was jot as great as I expected.

Not clear on original delivery and then even that date was extended by an additional month. Contacted Rigiid as there were no instructions to change the combination on the locks, and it seems the locks themselves are not matched to the instructions Rigiid sent me.
