I was super excited to receive my case after ordering and paying for it at the end of November 2025. I knew the shipment would arrive from January 5th 2026, so the timeline was expected. Communication throughout was fantastic, and the delivery itself was seamless. The case arrived well packaged and in excellent condition, exactly as shown.
The only issue was that the gift bag with the case separators was missing. I contacted the Rigid team and they were consistently responsive and transparent
