Ordering and delivering was good

The customer service is not great. The initial delivery date was missed with no update. I had to ask why it didn’t arrive. Then I was told new stock had come in twice but my case still never arrived. I asked for a refund, I was told I would get a discount given I only received my case in February and no discount has been received.

Amazing size , great quality the shipping was really fast , I was also getting frequent updates about my order and where they were via email so I could also track them too and as I ordered 2x suitcases the 28” was suppose to ship for the 10th so I would’ve got it for the 11th of Feb but I actually received both suitcases on the 9th which I was shocked about also, but overall very good experience and quality defo worth the price.

Zero customer service

Overall great. I asked for the orders to be sent earlier than expected and was delivered to a local depot. I had to go and pick it up from depot though, which wasn’t an issue in my case.

Lack of updates and delayed delivery

I’m extremely frustrated with how long this company is taking. I’ve been asking for over a month for my remaining items to be shipped, and nothing has been done. On top of that, there’s been no progress or updates regarding my refund. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Customer service is hard to reach and rarely responds

My first case I ordered was extremely delayed and I had to contact Riigid to get an update. They did reply but it was a case of we’ll let you know once we know, which wasnt ideal as I needed it for trip but it came too late. The compensation for the delay was jot as great as I expected.
