Firstly, the handles are cheap plastics and the extendable handle is more than a but wobbly. Very frustrating when trying to adjust the hight of the extending handle as it's all so loose. The wheels are also crappy plastic and the whole case has started to rattle and bend from the pressure of being wheeled about! Absolute joke. Oh and was supposed to get the free travel pockets to go in and they never arrived!! So maybe that would've made it better but Iwill never know haha!!
