What experience just a joke full stop.

Customer service very helpful but delivery on both my orders took longer than originally advised. Perhaps it might be better to under promise and over deliver? Cases are well worth the wait.

A terrible experience. After 7 weeks of emailing them (then have no phone number), they have refused to resolve the issues with the case being the wrong size and lining colour. They still have not refunded me £200 (not a cheap case) and won't even send me the details of how to return it. I feel completely ripped off and looking at many consumer reviews, realise this is a scam.

The length of delivery from the time of placing the order was longer than what was advertised which was disappointing.

Website great, personal feel of the tone of the communications was good, I had some messing about from DHL and customer service were straight on it.

Absolutely terrible, the customer service team do not serve the customer daily. They serve the company.

The discount code pretty much convinced me to place an order straight away, and the purchase process itself was smooth. However, the delivery experience was frustrating. They use DHL, which in my area is quite unreliable. I stayed in one day and it was marked “no one was in”, then the next day “address unreachable”. I only received it a week later after agreeing for it to be left anywhere in the building, which also means no responsibility if it goes missing. Something about the delivery process

Very delayed shipping, had to chase on numerous occasions when item didn't turn up. Disappoining as I order the suitcases for a trip and they didn't arrive in time.
