I don't have any issues with the general experience, the product came out fast and it arrived neatly packaged - except for the envelope it came in was sliced so I don't know if it's missing something. I just don't like the product and I feel like I wasted my money. Can I get a refund?

It was supposed to be for a queen size bed but it is more for a full size bed. Two people could not share it. From the advertisement, I thought I could wear clothes with it, but the directions say that the sheet has to touch the skin. I don't understand why the two stories.

Waited ages for the product to come from China, it didnt come with a tester, definitely isnt "the soft sheet you'll ever sleep on" the cable doesnt test as conductive.
The sheet also doesnt fit the bed or hold itself in place without help.

The items shown on your website were different to those I received. the items I received were not as good as I was lead to believe. Your website is misleading. Other members of my family were going to buy from you, as your special offer appears to be good, however, it is not. We have changed our minds.
