I ordered one pair of white and one pair of black and two pairs of white came.

The customer service was excellent throughout the return of the first order, which was too small, and the shipment of the second pair. That said, returns should not have to be paid for by the customer. Most companies cover the charge of a return either after the return arrives in their warehouse or before the customer ships the return shoes.

Your shoe sizes are incorrect. I ordered the 13 these hurt. I can’t even wear them. They’re more like a size 11.

As already mentioned, not large enough to cover normal bed and wrong plug type received

I had doubts after reading bad reviews after placing my order and wanted to cancel my order, but your staff explained everything and I changed my mind. I still need to discover the benefits to my body, which will take time as not had any immediate changes. Time will tell how the sheet wears through many washes and I hope it lives up to all its promises.

It does not come in a box but wrapped in a plastic bag. And the copper items were not included the shoes and no instruction where to put them wich hole and how much. I got 3 items. Today I received another bag with two pairs of shoes (black) there were no copper items with it. It should be for grounding shouldn’t it? I mailed you today about the 2 pairs I received today.
