It's only the third night so not expecting great things yet. I'm impressed with the quality and comfort of the sheet and every time I leave my bed my dog decides she needs grounding too. I will submit another review in a week or two when I'm told you start to notice the benefits.

I add the mat to my clinique. One of my clisnt that suffer from anxiety said when the session snd that she feels "steady". She has never put her feet on the floor but rather on the chair untill this session. I use also the sheet and after 2 weeks I can say that my sleep was improved significally. I used it every morning when I got up to start the day. It works the same effect as my Grounding Well mat. No difference except you sent me an European adaptor which I need to find a UK adaptor to plug into it. I dare not plug directly in the main. So that’s a hassle.

I really feel that I sleep better. I have had a couple of nights where I didn't get up to use the loo in the night (or else I did but fell back to sleep so quickly that I don't remember!) which is just amazing.
