This company scams people and promises to refund money in full only when you return the product to either Germany or USA. Strange considering it came from China. They give you a 30% refund and continue to rip off the general public. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

I tried to reach out immediately, but there was no phone number. I had to go through their website chat, and it took several days to get back to me. It took an extra long time to receive my product. And their guarantees can be contradictory if you dig deep enough into the fine print. Be careful do your homework.

I heard that they were ranked high in the best of bare foot shoes and I wanted to try them. I ordered the right size, but got the wrong size ( need a 42 and got a 41)
So back they went. The process was easy enough and the refund happened quickly but still bummed that I couldn't try them out.
