Grounding of Sweden - WW store reviewsSee product reviews

Slow on delivery plus lack of details.

It took long to receive order and reconcile challenges. Thank you

The package was sent directly from china, with no indication that it's a genuine product from grounding of sweden

Parcel delivery ok. But does not seem to have any difference to to my problems I will be still using the grounding pillow cover and sheets for a few months to see if they will work and get any relief from any pain and discomfort. Thank you.

See before

Sent me wrong gtounding plug.

It was pain free

Ordering and delivery process was okay.

company is fine delivery is fine, product is not what I had hopes

I finally after 20 years sleep soundly!

Overall good and smooth, exept it was not clear what currency is shown on the screen. It would be really helpful if the currency sign HK$ or US$ or C$, etc was displayed.

I think a lot of information is omitted.

The product arrived promptly and the shoes and ankle boots were comfortable out of the box.

awesome, I found that we sleep on the fitted sheet very well and I love the grounding mat just having troubles with the pillowcase

Easy to manage the ststem.

We love it.

Took longer than expected for delivery. However; the grounding sheet is awesome. Quality

You need to make fitted sheets.

It takes time to get they in us however it worts to wait

Hello again. I need your phone number and a shipping address that will work to return my order. Hi Bella, I need the correct information to create the mailing label for shipping to Germany. I need a phone number, as well. The address you gave me doesn't seem to have all of the information. It might be even better if you create a return label for me to attach to the package. I see that my order shipped from a depot in Canada. It would be easier to return the package there.

No problems with delivery

I like the sheet it feels nice, I believed i bought for a queen size. It appears to be the size for a twin. This was the only dispointment.

It was so easy and delivery was quick.

Everything in the order was correct and shipping went smoothly

Shipping was accurate and on time.

All good

I had a good experience with them. No complaints.

So far they have not responded.

They took a long time to come and the grounding benefits are a hoax. I bought two pair - sadness! If I could have a free return label, I would send the one back that I haven't used.

To tell the truth I am a new to your company. I am just getting my feet wet.

Two USA compatible plugs are needed to use the sheet and pillow case. Please send them to me so I can use the sheet and pillow case. Thank you.

Delivery too late

Took forever and came in a flimsy wrapped .

I just want to know how to get a refund for the price of these shoes, because they weren't cheap.

Buying process was fine.

When I called and told him I wanted to return these, I was basically told I couldn’t so now I am stuck with shoes that do not do what they said they would do

The customer service is excellent. The original size I ordered was a tad snug so I was given the option to get a larger size and just pay the shipping charge. When I mentioned that I hope they would arrive in time for me to take them on vacation I was told they would make every effort to help. The shoes arrived well before we were leaving.
