The shopping process itself was not negative. Delivery took a little while, and the shoes arrived packaged in a plastic zip‑style bag inside a cardboard box. I had built up high expectations, but the disappointment was greater. The shoes came with spikes to insert into the sole. The longer ones fit easily, but there were four “button‑like” pieces without spikes that I couldn’t attach—they just fell out. I honestly don’t know if the grounding effect worked.
