Shipping takes forever and you guys false advertise when it comes to deals and combos

Yeah I know it the holidays to get back to me on my claim is basically impossible. Some communication goes a long way.

At this point, literally 5 weeks after ordering, I feel that I got scammed. I received a helmet & mounting kit, but the Heat / Viper 4.0 Thermal Night Vision Goggle Bridge combo has not been seen to date. I've contacted Night Operators as well as the shipping company (SpeedX), neither of whom can provide relevant details. I will be taking legal action if the situation is not resolved within a week. I should never have trusted this company for something that sounded "too good to be true."

Terrible

Neither the thermal or the night optic are charging. I've tried several power sources and cables but nothing seems to be working.

Straight from China trash. Not worth the money.

Never again. To be fair, I attempted to return your product within the first 3 minutes of receiving it, and continuously in the numerous days following. Your customer service ran me ragged, wasted more time, and caused me more frustration than this temu gadget is worth. I've lost all trust and respect for your products, service, and company. For Christmas, you and your team truly went out of your way to do me wrong. I won't be buying anything from you ever again at this point. I will however, gladly share my experience far and wide with my officers, cadets, and other fellow staffers when chances arise. God Bless...

I think the idea if low cost NV and thermal is great and i jumped on it but, there needs to be an ability to focus. also when I bought mine I was not told of a up coming Christmas deal that was 50% off. frustrating but keep trying
